AV Science, Inc. will charge sales tax for any purchase in the State of New York or in the State of California, and may charge sales tax on any product that is manufactured in the same state as a customer resides. AV Science, Inc. reserves the right to collect sales tax on other sales in order to comply with any applicable Federal or state law that may be in effect. Customers are solely responsible for remitting any and all taxes due, and not charged by AV Science, Inc., on their purchase based on the laws of their state of residence and the Federal Government.
